It's risky. Some people have successfully kept WC and CB animals together, and others have met with disastrous results. WC animals, whether they be seahorses or the closely-related pipefish, frequently harbor pathogens or parasites which can be lethal to CB animals.
If you are determined to try mixing WCs and CBs, we urge you to please read in the WC forum about quarantining and medicating prophylactically to increase your chances of success. However, please keep in mind that even if you follow the recommended quarantine and treatment protocols, you will never completely eliminate the risk of introducing pathogens and parasites to your system.
